Born and raised in Central Indiana, Dwayne Thompson is proud to call Fishers home, where he lives with his wife and daughter. He is an honorably discharged U.S. Navy veteran who served from 1991 to 1995. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Indianapolis, as well as an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Dwayne has been helping Indiana families with residential mortgage financing since 1998 and has served thousands of clients throughout his career. Widely respected within the mortgage industry, he is one of only six loan officers in the state of Indiana to have earned the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award 15 times—an honor awarded to fewer than 2% of mortgage professionals in the state.
Dwayne believes long-term success is built on trust, relationships, and consistently doing what is best for the client. His business has been built almost entirely through referrals from past clients and professional partners, reflecting his commitment to exceptional service, clear communication, and attention to detail throughout every transaction.
